NUTRITIONIST IN CAN PICAFORT
Ana Salamanca, Nutritionist
My name is Ana Salamanca, I am a qualified nutritionist and passionate about holistic health care.
I was born in Guadix (Granada) and my professional career has always focused on health and good habits. I graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Granada, after training in Lorca (Murcia), spending time on an Erasmus exchange in Porto and completing my studies in Granada.
I am also a pharmacy and parapharmacy technician. For years, I worked in different pharmacies, where I acquired a solid foundation in pharmacology and parapharmacy that I apply in my daily work today. This experience has allowed me to understand the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare.
More than two years ago, I opened my practice in Can Picafort, where I help real people improve their nutrition and well-being with a friendly, practical and knowledge-based approach.
I continue to train constantly, exploring topics such as intermittent fasting, supplementation and life stages such as the menopause.
I firmly believe that health is built day by day, and in a society that is advancing at a dizzying pace, training based on scientific evidence is essential for making informed decisions and steering clear of miracle diets and fads that can put our health at risk.

Continuous training
In order to offer a quality service, I have continued to train constantly:
I specialised in obesity and digestive disorders with Experty.
I studied sports nutrition at the Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences (ICNS).
I trained in child nutrition at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).
I am currently expanding my knowledge with a course on intermittent fasting at the Spanish Academy of Nutrition.
My goal is to help you build sustainable habits that improve your quality of life, tailored to your stage of life, needs, and lifestyle.
